Brazil Nut Oil is harvested by hand from Brazil Nut trees native to AMAZON RAINFOREST in BRAZIL and cold-pressed from the nuts of the Bertholletia excelsa tree to create a viscous oil that is clear, pale yellow to light brown in color with a bland, characteristically nutty odor.
Brazil nuts possess vitamins and minerals including Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B 6, Vitamin B 12, and Vitamin D, as well as magnesium, calcium, iron, and selenium. They are also very rich in fatty acids, protein, fiber, copper, omega 3, omega 6 selenium, and antioxidants.
